Delete Your Shalom AI Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Shalom AI account and associated data from Viva Dios Labs, Inc. (“Viva Dios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Shalom AI is available on the web at app.shalomai.app and as iOS and Android apps published by Viva Dios Labs, Inc.

1. How to delete your account

You can delete your account in either of the following ways:

Option A — In the Shalom AI app (recommended)

  1. Open the Shalom AI app or visit app.shalomai.app and sign in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap or click Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account is deactivated immediately after confirmation, and you are signed out.

Option B — Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your Shalom AI account:

Please include:

  • The subject line: “Shalom AI account deletion request”
  • The email address used for your Shalom AI account
  • A short statement that you want your account and associated data deleted

We typically process email deletion requests within 30 days after we verify that the request comes from the account holder.

2. Data that is deleted

When you confirm deletion in the app, your account is deactivated immediately: you are signed out, the account is marked deleted, and it is no longer usable as an active Shalom AI account.

We then delete or de-identify personal data associated with that account within a commercially reasonable period (typically within 30 days), including:

  • Account and profile information (such as name and preferences)
  • Chat and conversation history tied to your account
  • Voice-related conversation records associated with your account
  • Device push tokens registered for your account
  • Account credentials and sign-in linkage used for Shalom AI access, to the extent controlled by us

If you later sign in again with the same method, any restored access is treated as a new onboarding experience; prior chat history is not restored for continued use.

3. Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required or permitted by law, or for legitimate business needs, including:

  • Records needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance
  • Subscription or purchase records required by Apple, Google, or our payment processors (store billing history is controlled by the applicable store account)
  • Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer reasonably identify you

Retained records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, then deleted or further de-identified.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Deleting your Shalom AI account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Store refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
